The Move In and Move Out Cleaning Option

On the flip side, you may want to move into a home cleaned and disinfected by the professionals at Upgrade Cleaning Solutions – before you unpack everything from the move!

Upgrade Cleaning Solutions offers a Deep Cleaning Service using cleaning products from SD Labs. SD Labs Corp. is known for manufacturing safe, effective cleaning options that eliminate and control mold, bacteria, and fungi – which ultimately causes damage to items and foul odors. Our Deep Cleaning program is done in three steps –

• Step #1 – we apply an industrial-strength cleaner (SD Clean), which also acts as a deodorizer. This application is specifically formulated to prepare surfaces for the next step, Hospital Grade Disinfectant.

• Step # 2 – we apply SD VO, an NSF certified product registered in all states. This disinfectant kills 99.999% of viruses/bacteria that cause disease.

• Step # 3 – the last step is to apply SD 90, a product that coats/protects surfaces to fight bacteria, mildew, and mold from growing on those surfaces – for up to three months.
